Respond to leads real time: Blaze's Social Inbox enables marketing teams to engage with leads from all campaigns across all channels in real-time. Answer queries, address concerns, or simply interact with the audience real time without leaving the platform through Social Inbox.
Collaborate: Any team member can respond to all outreach campaigns across all sending accounts in one place allowing for quicker response times. You can also filter on unread messages, as well as star or archive messages.
Set up alerts: You can trigger email or slack alerts whenever you get a response.
