For collaborators
Join your team as collaborators in your workspace to create and draft twitter posts.
1) Collaborators with Admin access
Joining the workspace:
The collaborator will receive an email to login/signup into their respective account after which they will be added to the workspace
Twitter posting:
Creating drafts: Users with Admin access to the workspace can create and save drafts
Scheduling posts: Users with Admin access can schedule posts without the approval requirement of the workspace owner
Realtime posts:Users with Admin access can post realtime without the approval requirement of the workspace owner
Viewing other collaborators:
Under the "Team" tab in settings users with admin access can view the other collaborators added and the access permissions of each of the users
Users with admin access can change the access permission settings for the other collaborators in the workspace
Leaving the workspace:
The collaborator can remove their account from the workspace by following the following steps:
Click on settings
Head to the team tab
Click on Remove button
2) Collaborators without Admin access:
Joining the workspace:
The collaborator will receive an email to login/signup into their respective account after which they will be added to the workspace
Twitter posting:
Creating drafts: Users without Admin access to the workspace can create and save drafts
Scheduling posts: Users without Admin access have to request the admin or the workspace owner to schedule posts
Realtime posts: Users without Admin access cannot post realtime and have to request the admin or the workspace owner to schedule posts
Viewing other collaborators:
Under the "Team" tab in settings users without admin access can view the other collaborators added and the access permissions of each of the users
Leaving the workspace:
Collaborators without admin access cannot remove their account from the workspace
