In this section, you can generate tailored reports by selecting specific metrics, setting how frequently you'd like the report, and defining a custom date range for analysis. This allows for flexible, focused tracking of your community's key trends and engagement patterns over time.
Total Members: Total users currently in the server.
Active Members: Members who have participated in conversations during the selected period.
Inactive Members: Members who haven’t engaged during the selected timeframe.
Net Change Members: The difference between new joins and churns.
New Members: Number of users who joined during the selected date range.
Churned Members: Number of users who left during the selected date range.
Messages: Total number of messages sent in the server.
Engagement Rate: A ratio indicating how actively members are participating.
Average Sentiment: The average emotional tone of the messages.
Sentiment Message Breakdown: Proportion of positive, neutral, and negative messages.
Members per Role: Breakdown of users based on assigned Discord roles (e.g., @everyone, Alpha, Nansen Team, Explorer, Commander).

Most Engaged with Messages About Specified Topic(s): Identifies members who interact the most with discussions on a selected topic.
Most Negative Sentiment Messages About Specified Topic(s): Surfaces messages on the chosen topic that carried the most negative tone.
Most Positive Sentiment Messages About Specified Topic(s): Highlights the most positively expressed messages on a particular topic.
All Messages About Specified Topic(s): Displays the full list of messages related to the selected topic for deeper analysis.
When using qualitative metrics, Blaze allows you to filter messages based on specific topics. This makes it easy to understand community sentiment and engagement around key product or support themes.
You can choose from a predefined list of topics including:
bug_reports – Track discussions around technical glitches or bugs users are facing.
character – Monitor messages referring to character development or feedback in games/apps.
feedback – General user suggestions and reactions.
issue – Broader category for problems not categorized under bug reports.
