We automatically add pre-defined topics to messages based on keywords. You can check out the pre-defined topic options and associated keywords in your Blaze profile settings, or through clicking this link.
This can help you understand where your users typically have questions, so you can improve your documentation, as well as find out what your users are most interested in so you can create more engaging campaigns, events and channels.
We can also customize these topics for Premium users. This can help you dive even deeper into your user's interests and support questions.
